Most international visitors need to have a valid passport and an entry, transit or tourist visa obtained from the Chinese authorities.
The organizing committee will provide you an Invitation Letter to assist your visia application. Please understand that we have no influence on the decision of any Chinese embassy or consulate to approve or reject any person's application for a visa to enter the China. We cannot assist you with the interview process, nor can anyone representing RTF call the embassy or consulate on your behalf to provide support for granting a visa. If you are denied a visitor visa, you may re-apply if there is new evidence to overcome the basis for the refusal. In the absence of new evidence, consular officers are not required to re-examine such cases.
Knowing that the application for obtaining a visa can be a lengthy process, we recommend that you start the application process early: 80 - 120 days prior to the exposition.
For reviewing visa requirements or visa guidelines, please contact your local Chinese embassy/consulate or visit their website.
